Services
I provide in-person and virtual mental health services to support youth, young adults, and members of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities in navigating life’s challenges with care and cultural humility.

Modalities: Person-centered, psychodynamic, exposure therapy
Creative interventions used during session include: coloring, drawing, Xbox games, keychain and bracelet creation, etc.

Individual Therapy

Recommended frequency of meeting 1x/week for the first month

Relationships & Families

Steps: (1) initiate contact with me, (2) complete forms and schedule the first session, (3) everyone is present for the first session and I primarily observe during this meeting, (4) each person will then have an individual session with me, and (5) reunite everyone.

Group Therapy

Current group is open to 13 -16 years old.

Group is held at Casa de Luz and meets on a weekly basis.
