Meet Your Therapist
Choosing a therapist is personal, and finding the right fit matters. Before we work together, I want you to have a sense of who I am and what you can expect from me.
Here’s how I show up in session:
-
Direct: Open and honest communication with ongoing feedback, so you always feel clear on where you are and what we’re working toward together.
-
Efficient: A thoughtful balance of structure and reflection, giving you room to process while staying connected to goals that create real change.
-
Purposeful: Each session is intentional, goal-oriented, and designed to help you move forward helping you create change that feels realistic and sustainable.
