Relationship Counseling

This type of counseling is a confidential and collaborative process between a therapist and the partners involved in the relationship. During our 50 minute sessions, I will provide a neutral and supportive environment where everyone can discuss their concerns. Our goals are to better understanding each other, improve relationship satisfaction, and develop healthier ways of relating to each other.

The Process:

Typically this is the structure for our first few sessions.

Consultation: 30 minute FREE phone consultation to determine if I have the right skill set for your needs.​

​

1st session: This is the initial session. During this time, I will meet with everyone. We will discuss our goals for therapy.

​

2nd session: I will meet with only one partner. We will discuss your perspective on the current concerns to the relationship.​

​​

3rd session: I will meet with the other partner. We will discuss your perspective on the current concerns with the relationship.​

​

(More sessions added for additional partners.)

​

4th session: All of us will come back together and I will discuss my initial findings: patterns, unhealthy behaviors, and traditional/modern views on the relationship.
